    ou could say the founding of        started with a passion for great food. As a child I pulled up a chair to help my mom each time she fixed a meal. She taught me all the basics (measure, stir, prepare) but my favorite part - always enjoy the brownie batter bowl.

The passion for baking and spending time in the kitchen continued into college as I baked for a local restaurant and began selling desserts to people through word-of-mouth advertising. The Peddler Steak House in Boone, North Carolina, gave me experience in  preparing fine-dining restaurant quality desserts - which I now proudly offer to you.

 
        always believed that the kitchen is the heart of a home and desserts are the guilty pleasures we all love to indulge in. A great dessert can define comfort and welcome happiness into any occasion. We take great pride in every item we make for you, guaranteeing each premium dessert has no preservatives, and is made fresh when you order it from us.
